Important Notice: Due to the digital nature of our service (AI-generated designs and credits), all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy for Credits
Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are non-refundable for the following reasons:
- Credits are a digital product delivered instantly upon payment
- Our service incurs immediate costs when credits are used to generate designs
- You have access to demo/trial features before purchasing
2. Subscription Plan Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time subscription purchases only, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if:
- You have used less than 20% of your allocated credits
- You have not created more than 5 designs
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase
- You can demonstrate a valid technical issue that we were unable to resolve
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period
- Unused credits will expire at the end of the subscription period
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 hours and prevents you from using purchased credits
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Transactions: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Service Failure: If we fail to deliver the purchased credits to your account within 24 hours
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated designs (subjective quality issues)
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account termination
- Credits that have already been used
- Expired credits or subscription periods
- Failure to use credits before expiration
- User error or misunderstanding of service features
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@sevorse.com within the eligible timeframe
- Provide your transaction ID, account email, and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Prorated refunds for subscriptions if significant service disruption occurred
- Partial credit refunds if less than 50% of credits were used and a valid reason exists
- Case-by-case basis determined by our support team
7. Credit Expiration
- Paid Credits: Expire 30 days from date of plan purchase
- Bonus Credits: Expire 30 days from date of award
- Promotional Credits: Expire as stated in the promotion terms
- No refunds or extensions will be provided for expired credits
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that abuse chargeback processes
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors
- Resolution through our support team is always preferred
9. Service Modifications
If we significantly change our service or pricing:
- Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
- You may cancel without penalty before changes take effect
- No refunds for services already rendered
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds due to service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet service provider issues
- Third-party API failures (including Nano Banana API)
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
11. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- You may escalate to our senior management team
- We will provide a final decision within 14 days
- Decisions made by senior management are final
12. Free Trial & Demo
We encourage users to:
- Test our demo features before purchasing
- Review sample designs in our Results Gallery
- Read user testimonials and reviews
- Contact support with pre-purchase questions
13. Currency and Processing Fees
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency
- Currency conversion fees are not refundable
- Payment processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
14. Account Balance
Refunds may be issued as:
- Original payment method refund (preferred)
- Account credit (in exceptional cases, at our discretion)
